Absolutely a life saver for solo travelers with heavy baggage in Venice. I used WhatsApp to coordinate the time and place. The employee came on time, I could pay with credit card. It all went smoothly. I highly recommend this service.

Hasan absolutely made our Venice vacation. I had two 50+ lb suitcases, a standard luggage, and three heavy backpacks — and we were staying on the 4th floor of an apartment on Calle Real. Somehow, Hasan handled it all with incredible strength, grace, and a smile.
He didn’t just carry the bags down — he walked them through the winding Venetian streets, navigated multiple bridges and canals, and even stayed with us until every single bag was safely loaded onto our Alilaguna boat at San Stae bound for Marco Polo Airport.
In a city where every bridge feels like a small mountain when you’re hauling luggage, Hasan was a lifesaver. Professional, kind, and absolutely reliable. If you’re in Venice and need help with luggage, don’t think twice — call Hasan. He’s simply amazing!

The communication was easy and the service was outstanding. We arrived by train and followed the helpful video to find them right away! They helped us store the bags and delivered them to our apartment at checkin. Exactly on time. When we were headed for the airport, they came to fetch our bags and delivered us to the taxi stand for an easy trip to the airport. You can rely on these guys completely - and this saves you the climbing of stairs with unwieldy bags! Will use everytime we are in Venice!

We booked Hasan for assistance with our Luggage at Santa Lucia Train station in Venice to go to an apartment about 15 mins walk away about 3 weeks ago. He is very friendly, efficient and looked after us very well. We decided to use him again on return journey. Just remember he cannot come into the station platform so you have to meet him at top of stairs at Train station.

We used this service from our monastery stay in Venice to our ferry. There was a lot of confusion as to which stop we were to be delivered. We ended up doing a lot of walking, but the PorterJalal Was wonderful And carried our bags up and down So many bridges without complaining. We ended up missing our boat & waited 1 hour for the next one. Jalal was so pleasant and apologetic.

Only way to get your bags from the city to the train station, unless you are strong and can drag them up and down all the stairs and the brides throughout the city. Good price too. Arrived on time and dependable

My husband broke his arm a week before our trip and Porter Service of Venice came to the rescue! They helped us get from the bus station to our AirBNB and carried our luggage up the stairs. They were very good communicators through the process, as well. They saved the trip for us!
