Great communication by watsapp and very punctual. The porter was polite and handled our bags with care. Highly recommend booking in advance because the porters at the stations waiting to catch customers charge way more.

Great service by Hasan ! He had reached the hotel before time to collect the suitcases. Even though it was only a seven-minute walk, the bridges would have made it challenging for me to carry more than one bag. Hasan carefully transported them to the taxi stand. Would definitely recommend

The guy arrived much earlier and was very quick & skilled to move the luggages down from the hotel (Grand Canal in Wonderful Italy) which has NO lift but only many flights of stairs 😂 we followed him walking all way to the train station.. Thank you Hasan Porter Service 👍🏼

Hasan was very polite, arrived early and was very quick with the luggage. It was worth it as those stairs with luggage were tough along with having our toddler with us. Recommend hiring them if you're traveling with multiple suitcases (or kids). We booked the night before and it was easy. (You should have WhatsApp on your phone to text with him)
